Saturdays from 9:00am – 10:00am This clinic is designed to help participants refine their pickleball skills by focusing on strategy and shot mechanics to elevate their game.

A high-intensity interval training (HIIT) workout that alternates 20 seconds of maximum effort with 10 seconds of rest for a fast-paced, full-body challenge. This class boosts cardiovascular fitness, burns calories, and builds strength in a short amount of time.
