Rotational Strength & Mobility – Level 1 Led by Sofia Nyberg 2025 Long Drive World Champion & Strength Coach Sofia specializes in rotational strength, movement quality, and long-term performance for golfers and rotational-sport athletes. Her training blends elite long-drive experience with accessible, joint-friendly strength work designed to help athletes move better, play stronger, and stay in the game longer. Program Details Classes run for six weeks on Thursdays and Saturdays at 8:00am and starts February 5th. This small-group training series features 60-minute studio sessions focused on improving rotation, stability, and strength. Sessions combine mobility, strength training, and movement education to support performance and reduce injury risk.
